Interview with KPFT's Queer Voices on History of Texas Sodomy Law
The 15th Anniversary of the Supreme Court's decision in Lawrence v. Texas, finding Texas' sodomy law unconstitutional, is coming up in June. I had the opportunity to speak with Houston's Queer Voices radio program about prior legal challenges to the law dating back to the 1860s. Listen below.
